Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we offer International shipping to anywhere within Europe, directly on our website.

We can also offer to ship outside of Europe, but please contact us for a quote.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We endeavor to ensure your order arrives very quickly, we have a 2 pm weekday daily cut off time for all orders. Any order placed after this time will be dispatched the following day.

All our orders are shipped on a tracked service, so you’re always kept in the loop about the location of your parcel in transit.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major Debit and Credit cards, we also accept Paypal and  Bank BACS transfers. We even have an option to Collect your purchase directly from us in central England ‘Birmingham’.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes, you are in safe hands and we are a secure website, We are an England based, VAT registered company, we do not store any of your card details. Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

That’s a fabulous question, it really couldn’t be any easier, simply choose an item, customise it with your details, such as a house number, add your item to the basket then supply a delivery address and make the payment directly on the website. That’s it you can sit back and relax,  we’ll then do all the hard work of, designing, layout, manufacturing, and packaging of your order, you simply wait a few days for its arrival, dependant on service you selected.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you change your mind and we haven’t dispatched your order, you can cancel by emailing us or giving us a call.

Do I need an account to place an order?

We would love for you to create an account and benefits from its perks, but it’s entirely optional, if you don’t want an account, that’s fine with us, by default you won’t be made a member of our site/family unless you tick the option to join. We are more than happy to take orders from those who aren’t members of our site/family.

How Do I Track My Order?

Need tracking, we wouldn’t send a parcel any other way. You’ll receive tracking for your item when it leaves us, either click the link at the bottom of the page, track my item, then enter your order id and tracking we emailed to you, or go directly to the couriers website and enter the tracking id there, then you’ll then know where that parcel is hiding.

How Can I Return a Product?

We hope you don’t need to, but we offer a 30-day promise on all purchases from us, so if you have any issues, please do get in contact with us and we’ll take care of it, that’s a PROMISE.
